Robert guessed our listings SOLD price for $668,000! This was a property we listed for $600,000 and ended up closing at $65,000 over list price, for $665,000 after negotiating with multiple offers over several days. We can make these fantastic SOLD results happen for you, by using a variety of different strategies. $65,000 over list price may not be achievable for all properties, but our list to sell price ratio for 2020 is currently over 100%.
